- TDToby Dunn2 days ago5.0This was the easiest storage rental I have ever done. Easily done online and immediately available. when I got to my unit, They even had a lock waiting for me in the unit. It was brand new and that annoying bubble packaging was pre-trimmed along the side so I didn’t need any tools to open up the lock and then they have the app that you could use to enter and leave. This was convenience all around very impressive.

They claim to mail out a letter informing you of a rent increase however they cant provide you with proof you received that notice. They bait you to move in then raise the rent to double if not more then have that same size unit available to new customers on their website. The no contract is in their favor, it allows them to raise your rent at their discression whenever they see fit their bottom line. Predatory and deceptive.

I’m unsure if the public was able to see that but either way, it ended up being a small error on my part when filling out the initial application online after business hours. I must say that both, Kay and Grace, the two employees on site when I arrived this afternoon, were able to turn my experience into a positive one! Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received at this location. The girls both had pleasant attitudes and were out to change my mind about their company and my experience. Thanks again Kay for getting me all signed up and completing all the paperwork. And Grace, thank you as so much for your hospitality during our visit!! You made my visit a pleasant one and I look forward to more positive experiences with the staff!
