They were absolutely amazing from start to finish — genuinely helpful, upbeat, and willing to go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. I’ve used Extra Space Storage in the past, and every time I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The customer service is always great, but Patricia and Dave truly took it to the next level. You can tell they really care about their jobs and the people they help. The whole environment felt welcoming, positive, and honestly just fun to be in — I could have hung out with them all day! Thank you both for making the process effortless. I highly recommend this location and the wonderful team running it.
