    I ordered four pillows for my chairs. Two l picked up in store, the other two were shipped to my post office box. After waiting for nearly two weeks, l drove to the post office to find my order with no name sitting on someone’s desk at the post office. The Roadie delivery person didn’t put a name on the bag, so the postal workers could not add it to my box. This is unacceptable service.

    I found this gem by accident and I couldn't be happier. So many different home decorations and furnishings. I purchased a car trunk organizer, a full length plastic mirror, mini car trash can and sink caddy.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
