I was at the company with my mom and the people were very nice and friendly. Everyone that is except the manager who said her name was stacie. I could hear her screaming at her staff knocking on the windows at them as if they were animals. My mom ended up getting a couch from there. But it was because they could deliver and my mom didnt have a truck or no means to carry a sofa on her own. so she had no choice. The manager yelled from the office to the staff. Came out of the office and was rude to us as well. Unfortunatly i have to leave one star wish i could leave none. This lady was acting superior even telling us how her daughter does nails and was advertising her daughters business while being rude to us. Last i checked we were at Aarons not her daughters nail business. What a joke

It's Aaron's. Overpriced. Rarely do you get all the components for the items you get from them. Example; I recently ordered a Samsung washer and dryer, they came to install it, the dryer has a steam function on it, so it needs a water line.
They didn't bring a hose or even the line splitter with them. I was told, I just needed to go into the store and ask for one... why do I need to?
Either way, I went to the store, and after waiting 40 min to be helped, I said what I needed from them, they said they would look in the back. Another 20 min later. The manager comes to me to say that the units don't come with those hook-ups and I need to go to Home Depot or somewhere to purchase them on my own.
My question to her was, why would they not have the hook-ups to the "brand new" units I ordered? She had no response. They are rip offs and take serious advantage of their customers.
I was one day late on my payment, they blew up my phone, and every person I put down as a reference was called multiple times that day. And that's after I called them, to let them know that I was going to be late.
That's ridiculous!

Hands down the Peoria location has always gone over and beyond for me as a long time customer....I don't know if it's because the manager Stacey, at this location knows what it takes to make sure the customer satisfied. Even when I've had an issue with an item or my payment not going thru, they are Profesional, polite and quick to take care of ur needs. I have never been disappointed w/ any interaction iron purchase and even return. Have been a
customer w/ them for over 5 years and have leased numerous items they have to choose from. Tv's, sectionals, tables, a washer, laptop....highly recommend this location.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
