They said I could dispute it. I felt like they were ripping me off (witch they were). When Renting a storage unit you shouldn't have to dispute the price Two months later. This company is BS. Big rip off.

When I called back, a representative named Patrick told me the best they could offer was $170 and even confirmed that the monthly rate will continue to change based on the market — meaning I should expect a different price every month. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, even telling me I could move my things if I didn’t like the price. Please save yourself the stress of constant, unreasonable price hikes and choose another facility.
