First, a staff member named Martha answered all my questions, and immediately I decided to go with them. So my wife and I hauled all our stuff to the company's office the next morning. The office manager, Sharon, was also very helpful and pleasant in explaining the contract and the required insurance. She walked to the unit and showed me how to open and lock the sliding door. We transferred the stuff from our vans and finished the whole move in one hour! The storage place the clean and looked new despite having been there since 1995. The neighborhood looked safe as well. It's a five-star experience for us!
