    Drywall was ordered and so was insulation to the job site Lowe's has decided to Uber delivery. Product came in a little pickup truck and the customer had to help lift a barbecue off our material which had scratches and dents on it and then help her unload it. You tell me what contractor is going to have Lowe's deliver construction materials a new low for Lowe's.

    Renee is incredibly rude. Idk if she’s the manager or what but she doesn’t act like it. She treats her garden employees like dirt and I hate to see it. They’re your employees so please act like it. Be nice and teach them, don’t be rude.

    Nice store & good customer service. We were promptly helped & our questions were answered. Their prices are competitive & we can sometimes find a bargain. We got a quote for something we will be purchasing. Our trip was more to figure out what we need for a project & to get prices, rather than to buy today.

    Considering cabinets? Read this first. This is our experience. Lowe's will take your order for new kitchen cabinets, but they have nothing to do with the production or installation of anything from there on. During this process You will be working with multiple third party subcontractors who set their own schedules. This process started on Jan.14 and it is currently March 14. Cupboards were installed on Feb 24 and we are still waiting for countertops, which are due in the next 2-3 weeks. Yes, we have had cupboards but no countertops and no permanent sink installed for 2 1/2 weeks so far and it will top out at more than A MONTH before the sink and countertops are installed! How would that go over in your household? During this process We have worked with a man who came out and measured for our cabinets, the people who manufactured the cabinets, the cabinet installer, a man who came out to measure for counter tops, the people who will manufacture the countertops, and the countertop installer. Each of these individuals/companies are allowed their own schedule and you must deal with each one of them yourself, leaving messages, waiting for calls, and setting up appointments on THEIR schedules. We have contacted Ellsworth Lowe's multiple times, as well as the countertop customer service line, and all claim it is out of their hands. I wrote to Jim Huegle, manager at this location, and Quonta Vance, Exec. VP, Pro and Home Services at their headquarters in NC on March 6th. So far no response from either of those men. I would like help expediting the installation of the counter tops and a discussion on how their process can change so others don't get caught in this trap. Just a heads up for what the process will be like if you decide to continue. I will not shop here again for anything. I give this experience one star for RON, who installed our cupboards. He did an EXCELLENT job. Everything was straight and square front to back, side to side, the man who measured for our countertops was very impressed. I'll get his last name and update this so you can ask for him by name if you choose.
