The pro desk at this location is the slowest I’ve ever seen. The last three times I’ve been there it’s taken at least 15 minutes to check out. I have better things to do then watch a guy sit there and fiddle his fingers at a computer screen for 15 to 20 minutes

Went in with wife's bill to pay on account and was turned away because I did not have her last four of her social security number. I had her bill in my hand and they would not take my money. I went to my car and called the number on the bill gave them her phone number and was done paying in 5 minutes. I was gonna go buy a few things but decided to spend my money at Home Depot instead. Once this balance is paid of im hoping wife cancels card. Rude and inconsiderate workers at service desk that are not there to help you but confront and talk down to customers. This is the Second time with issues at that service counter. TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED, I worked in customer service industry for over 40 years and would never have spoken to any customer like that...

I can not believe that Lowe's is losing a customer over $3. I spent about $82 on Sunday for plants and light bulbs. Happy Camper. Put the light bulbs in my vanity and about 30 minutes later one of the six burned out. I put it in the box and decided to return it with my errands that would take me near the store. The price of gas is high so it would cost more in gas to just drive there and back for $3. So today I went in and asked if I could apply a 33% discount to a new box of three. I need one...but I would have back ups. The CS Agent said no, We need all three back to process the return. I asked for a manager and he said sorry - we can't do that. So I am supposed to drive home, grab the other two bulbs and come back for $3??? Where is the common sense? So instead they lose a LONG TIME customer over this? Great job you brilliant souls in Lowes. You lost me.

This is not my local Lowe's, but I came to track down a plant pot for spring. Gina, Austin, and Ed were INCREDIBLE. Gina should be CEO of Lowe's because she literally knew everything about everything. They helped me track down the pot, load it (which was no easy task because it was gigantic), and even packed it in my SUV with cardboard boxes to make sure it wouldn't roll around. They absolutely saved the day. Thank you all for your help!
