  Laurie so helpful and patient with me I have a terrible time trying to make decisions and she was just as patient as could be and I appreciate it. My chair came today it is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! I hope Laurie is still there when I buy my I next Lazy Boy. I will definitely ask for her. Thank you Laurie

  Expert sales? No. Expensive mistake? Yes. If you are considering this store, be warned: the sales team lacks the expertise to ensure a proper ergonomic fit. My wife and I purchased two Greyson Power Wall Recliners. We have since learned that these are "Tall Scale" models built for individuals 5'10" and taller. At 5'7", these chairs are anatomically incompatible with us. The 23-inch seat depth and misaligned headrests have caused us both significant cervical neck strain. The most disappointing part of this experience isn't just the physical pain; it’s the customer service. The manager offered to take the chairs back only if we agreed to forfeit 50% of our money. Expecting the customer to pay a 50% penalty for the store's failure to provide basic product guidance is predatory. Save yourself the neck ache and the financial loss—shop elsewhere.
