They need to show some level of professionalism especially when others see what they are doing by not being fair and in the checkout order. Not happy with how they handle their checkouts or their managers.

The employees have been very helpful with locating items for me that I can't find or I don't know if they have it in stock. They've been knowledgeable & explained the different brands & what may work best for my needs. They are always busy & have oodles of every kind of craft supply that one could need or want. They stock so many other things & great home decor items as well. They have good sales so I can stock up. Even though sometimes I go there for a quick trip for one item, I love to go there when I have time to browse the whole store. So nice to have a store like this that caters to everybody & every age group. Sometimes there's a wait in the line, but that's life.

I had two bolts of fabric in my cart and went up to ask her a question about sewing machines, and she was working on pinning fabric so she could put them away. I patiently waited while she finished the one she was working on and she looked up. I tried to ask my question but I didn’t even get a word out because she cut me off and said you have to go to the end of the line. See the end over there? That’s where you go” I literally did not know what to do and was so shocked I just said ok and left like an idiot bc that’s never happened to me before. I used to work at hobby lobby and it is not that hard to have good customer service.
