So i contacted them and got the information on the Unit that i wanted and when i arrived with my Box Truck i was met by a woman named Anastasia and she Greeted me very Kindly and was Extremely Knowledgeable of the Facility and got right to work on getting me set up in just a matter of minutes. I was Blown away by her Attention to every detail from beginning to end. So Polite to me and only caring about giving me a Exceptional Experience at there Business what a wonderful Person to deal with. I have to say i have not had good caring Customer Service in years it just does not happen anymore and to have it happen at a storage unit Facility really caught me off guard. I had gave up on all customer service Employees Until this Morning when i met Anastasia. Such a Kind Loving Person who cares for Others. God Bless Her She Deserves a huge Pat on the Back from the Higher ups in this Company. She Should be Running the Entire Chain and Teaching the other Employees in the Facility How to be Human Again and Care! She Was An Angel! Thanks Anastasia.
