Horrible customer service. Went to buy a tote, and the size I needed was not stocked on the shelf with customer access, however, there were numerous located on the top shelf. I asked one employee if I could have someone get one down for me and he said he’d find someone, but never returned. I then asked a second employee who told me “it’s going to be a while, first I have to call someone, then they’ll have to block of the aisle, so…”, clearly not wanting to assist me. Needless to say I left & will just buy one on Amazon.

Really disappointed in our experience with Lowe’s we purchased 2 windows last summer. Both of which turned out to be installed incorrectly as they began leaking this year with heavy rains. We called Lowe’s who said it was the window manufacturer’s (Milgard) fault and sent us there. We had someone from Milgard come out who said that we needed to call back Lowe’s as it was installed incorrectly and there was nothing wrong with the window itself. We call back Lowe’s who shared we were now out of the install warranty period even though the whole process started within the install warranty period. Disappointed as we have gone in circles trying to get help with our windows without success. We planned on replacing the rest of our windows and sliding glass door through Lowe’s prior to this but have changed our minds and will be taking our money elsewhere. I would not recommend purchasing from Lowe’s and will be sharing with family and friends as they use 3rd party installers and you will be left just like us.

1 star given on November 7th. I'll edit as needed when I'm satisfied with outcome. I gave only shopped Lowe's giving up HD several years ago when the stopped the Vet discounts but since have it again. Had to use HD to get 5 boxes of stucco patch mix as Lowe's only stocks 1 if any. Ordered 5 bags one line with Lowe's on Oct 29th. Was expected th 4th. Today's the 7th of November but yet no one has contacted me. Apparently 1 bag was damaged by FedEx and only 4 delivery to the store on the 6th. This was all determined with the Lowe's complaint line since ya can't get the store to respond. So I'll continue to use Lowe's as again my only other option would be HD. I like the quality, the people and over all experience at Lowe's (Ellsworth store). See if I just and BS explanation or the straight up. And yiu would think the one bag that was damaged, would be replaced by one in stock to fulfill the order vs here's a store credit (and I'll use it I know). Ok, I'm done venting.. see what the outcome is. And its not the damaged thing, it's the customer service or lack of it that is frustrating. They should have in the least called Thursday when the delivery was made and said heads up. That's whats . irritating. November 8th came to store everyone was nice and cooperative. Explained the the situation after initially thought FedEx still had them. Once someone actually went to the receiving area low and behold there's the 4 boxes. And as suggested they took one from stock to complete the order. Although delayed by a few days I got the product I like vs HD's I don't like. Thumbs up to the folks this morning. But still only going to provide a 4 star on this review based on my inconvenience.

I got to inadvertently run a "test" of sorts on allll the Lowes on the Southeast of Phoenix. Ten in all. Quite simply, I was looking to see if they still had their display model of a specific appliance on clearance. It was question that required someone in appliances to know what I was talking about (which maybe 4-5 did without any explanation) OR for someone to physical WALK over to the appliances, and look for about 10 seconds.
I'd say, half the Lowes responded well, were easy, and gave me my answer quickly. Half, were bad to awful. TWO, were absolute HELL ON EARTH. This location and the one on W Baseline Rd by South Mountain. THIS location though, wins for the WORST store I've ever had the displeasure of trying to get information from.
First issue is that IF you can manage to get through to appliances, no-one answers. With every other stores (even the other bad location) after no-one answers, you get REDIRECTED back to a general representative, who then offers to transfer you again, or do a call back. This location had no such system. The call would simply ring and ring and ring. I called 4 times between 1pm and 3:30, letting the calls ring in appliances for around 25 minutes of REAL time waiting for someone to pick up. I called again, and got to a regular representative who told me they were "slammed back there" and that "only one person was working." I gave them my information for a call back, but instead of waiting, I drove 25 minutes to the store to just check for the item myself, since it was the ONLY location that never gave me a flipping answer. When I arrived, I found the appliance section COMPLETELY dead, not a SOUL in it, and couldn't find anyone working there. It took me all of 10 seconds to find the unit I was looking for had been sold, and I left. 25 minutes back home.
I tried calling again just now before leaving this review, as I STILL hadn't gotten that call back. I knew my answer, but I was hoping to give them one final chance. Nothing.
Anyways, probably the worst service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I would urge Lowes leadership to find whoever was supposed to be working on 11/5/2025 in appliances and maybe mention it worth answering the phone (or whatever they want to do). Also, it's worth noting that general help could've EASILY walked over into appliances themselves and given me my answer, which at least 3 other Lowes representatives did. I asked them this during 2 of my calls, and both times they said they "couldn't."
Seriously, go to ANY other Lowes or home hardware store over this location. I don't want to oversell anything, but it was simply the worst experience I've had trying to get an answer from a store that should take seconds.
P.s. Change the freaking AI voice that makes you jump through fifty hoops just to talk to a real person. After having to fight through it for 10 stores, I nearly smashed my phone more than once.

Lacking customer service today Tuesday Nov 4 at 10:xxAM. I called the Store on my cell twice from Aisle 39/Bay 20. Wanted folding table, and the inventory I wanted was boxed up on top shelf. After waiting through 2 “Help on Aisle 39” broadcasts about 25 mins, I roamed to the back aisle, grabbed a rolling 12’ metal ladder and proceeded back to Aisle 39. Ladder said “Employees Only” but oh well, like my parents taught me “if you want something done…do it yourself”. After I climbed the ladder and top of backstock shelf about 15’ up. Actually the item wasn’t the color I was hoping for. I might come back tomorrow, after the employees are less occupied with Election Day. Maybe they’ll have some properly available by then…

Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
