    Tried to return bathroom lights, fhey told me to pound sand without a receipt. It has the lows sticker on it. Nope, item is in Perfect condition... I left the receipt in Wisconsin, they told me to go home and get it...

    terrible service, bought a dryer got it connected and did not work. I called the store the person that I spoke with said he would have them pick it up on Monday and put in an order for a new one to be delivered to me. Monday came they picked it up and. I called to see when we would expect the new one delivered. The person said we will call you let me check. never got a phone call called again the lady I spoke with said oh you need to call the warehouse. I was confused why would I need to call the warehouse why couldn't she see what going on eith my purchase. she then proceeds to tell me that I will need to come in and purchase a new one. meanwhile I just y got an email my dryer will arrive today.. she had me on hold it's been like 40 mins. terrible customer service they all tell you something different. perhaps they all need to be on the same page and know what's going on because they all arw clueless and give u different answers

    Great service, as always, at Lowe's on Higley. Now admittedly it was an interesting night at the pickup counter. Though I bought and paid for my item, it was unable to be located. While on a normal day I would've been pretty irritated, Theabeau (Manager on Duty) had excellent customer service despite the challenge. He even tried to help me find another item, but, since we couldn't, he initiated the refund right away. Things happen, but it's great customer service that makes it all better. Thanks, Theabeau and team!
