She actually even lied to us about a product. We knew she was wrong but she even lied about asking someone. We were searching for a particular loveseat for our 90 year old mother. She is comfortable with it and it’s a lazy boy but needed a new updated one for her move to assisted living. Luckily, at another store a very helpful sales person, Ron Johnson, showed us the exact same product and he knew how it works. Thank goodness we can make our mom’s small request happen and help her be comfortable. Lazy Boy is an awesome product but Mesa Store needs to do better as far as customer service! It’s worth the drive to SanTan.
