She showed up when we needed guidance. She was perfect in every way. The reason I gave a four star instead of a five star is because I don’t care for buy today pressure; not Amy‘s fault. It’s the company policy that has a sale for today that I can’t come back tomorrow to make the choice. She did offer, if we purchased today, that I have three days to back out of it. I would prefer being given three days without purchasing to get a good deal.

Ame directed us to the style of recliner we were looking for and showed us the advantages of sitting in their recliner compared to other brands. Ame also shared with us color choices of fabric and remembering what colors were in our sofa, suggested and supported our swatch choice. Once we had finished our selection, she went over all the finances and delivery schedule. . Buying during Black Friday was well worth it and we were thankful Ame was working that day!
