They need a new store manager or something because the shelves are always bare or they’re the last store to get everything out on the shelves especially when it’s holiday related items.

Recently got 6 fabrics cut and was greeted by the employee with "you buying the whole store?", in which I apologized for having "so many". Will probably be going to local fabric stores or Michael's for fabric now. Fabric ticket writing and register check out systems are archaic which isn't their fault, but I wish corporate would get with the times. I love all the cute products Hobby Lobby has but I just dread the check out process.

Well, the receipt is thermal paper (scam) so blank. I have the box that says, HOBBY LOBBY 2024 and pictures of the unlight section, but STORE MANAGER RAMSEY SAYS SORRY. HE ALSO NEEDS A NON EXISTANT RECEIPT. SAYS THEY DON'T SEND RETURNED MERCHANDISE BACK OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO DAMAGE IT OUT OR RIGHT IT OFF, SOO. THAT WAS A LIE BASED ON MY OWN EXPERIENCE. SO THE WARNING IS DO NOT BUY HOBBY LOBBY CHRISTMAS TREES AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THEIR DISAPPEARING RECEIPTS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE LITERALLY NONE OF THIS WAS MY FAULT. Merry Christmas Ramsey
