We work 6 days a week and don’t limit our ability to answer the phones to normal work hours. Poor customer service, listening skills insensitive and unwilling to acknowledge and listen to what the customer is stating. Received a message from staff member Cory Hodnett regarding my voice mail message to cancel the service since I am relocating. I am making a change because I have cancer. Cory kept trying to sell me more future services and did not listen to anything I had to say. What should have been a simple transaction was full drama. Why should I explain myself since I am trying to settle my affairs and ensure all house vendors are paid. This interaction unprofessional.

He even asked me questions about our other quotes when we were trying to compare services. It was a relaxed, low pressure, informative discussion. Gabe was able to come out the next day. He was friendly and helped us move a few things to get to the termite tubes in the garage. He worked quickly and efficiently and reminded us to give the chemicals 90 days and then give them a call if there was any activity afterward. I feel confident with the warranty I chose and know I can contact Green Machine for any concerns. Thanks, guys!
