- JOJoseph Olson2 days ago1.0Update: I have gone into the business and have been offered a refund for the inflated month. Ruben kindly informed me that despite what I was told by the store manager,(Alejandra C) I had a promotional rate even thoughh I declined when I signed up for the unit. I signed up for the unit through Alejandra C, who advised me NOT to take the promotional rate as increases will occur shortly. I didn't receive my promotional rate and still had my monthlies doubled. I was mislead either way and will be filing a report with the BBB over these predatory practices, refund for this month or not. You've cost me time to move my belongings in. You've cost me money for a second truck rental to get my things out, and youve cost me time to move to another unit. I will be very happy to pay the same rate you are now charging me to someone with a moral backbone and the decency to tell me my actual rate upfront. Original Review: Horrible company to do business with. Rates doubled after 3 months with no digital notice. When signing up originally, I was told to forego the promotional rate to lock in at the normal rate to avoid an increase. Well looks like I got screwed on both ends. Fine if you need a one month holdover unit, but anything other than that, and they will scam you.

- _L_ LimOct 24, 20255.0Extremely clean and comfortable storage facility.They have an app you can use it to open the gate, entrance, and elevators instead of typing some huge number. I feel extremely safe coming here alone with how secure it is. They have a bunch of free trollys you can use to move stuff which is a back saver and also saves the hassle of having to bring your own dolly Everytime. Prices can seem a bit high, but honestly you get what you pay for.
