- MKMorgan Knight3 days ago4.0I have had a storage unit here for almost 2 years and for the most part it was a very good experience and Judy has been very helpful today as I am moving stuff out. The only issue we had was not getting informed of the unit increasing in price via email which has been the main form of communication. The price increased was mailed out and we never received it because they had our address wrong in the system so the price went up and we were unaware until coming in and figuring out it mailed and to the wrong house. Like I said other than that everything has stayed well protected and was overall a good experience and would recommend this facility to a friend!
