She was wonderful and very knowledgeable about what size storage shed I would need for my belongings that I needed to transfer from a shared storage shed to my own. The process went smoothly. She went over the process of the paperwork by phone and email. I really love the Greenfield/University location. The staff is awesome. The grounds and the units are clean and in great condition.
