I strongly recommend Extra Space Storage at 1926 S. Crimson Road in Mesa, Arizona. Jose, in particular, is truly one of a kind. He is approachable, conscientious, professional, personable, and understanding. I have used several storage facilities over the years, but this location—managed by Jose and Store Manager Kari Ried—is at the top of my list. Any time I have had a question or concern, it has been addressed promptly and professionally, and it is clear that they genuinely value their customers. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jose and Kari for running such a top-notch facility.
