They claim they send notification of price increases by certified mail, but after several large hikes, I can say we never received a notice. First problem I had was when my rate went from $42 a month to more than double that within the first three months. But I could accept that it was a promo rate for our unit, even though it certainly wasn’t marketed that way. But then the prices kept going up 30-40 dollars every 6 months or so. After two years and at nearly a 450% price increase, we decided to leave. Again it’s a nice facility but if you’re looking for long term storage solutions, look elsewhere. This place will continuously raise rates without warning.
