- THTimothy Van HoesenJan 2, 20261.0I rented a unit here in early 2025. When I arrived, a woman named Angelica was working, wearing a black ball cap. She made an odd comment, " If it's going to be me, you can use my bathroom, but if it's someone else you have to use the bathroom in the hallway." She also gave me a packaged lock that had been cut open and taped back closed. A few days later, I arrived at this location to find two groups had boxes piled up in front of the door and wouldn't let me go inside. I told Angelica immediately, to which she replied, "It's not your job to tell them what to do." I said, "I'm not telling them what to do, I'm telling them I have a right to enter." Next thing I know, Mesa police is there and tells me the manager wants me out, and doesn't need a reason. The next day I went to remove my stuff and got a message on the security door saying my access is restricted. After calling customer service, I was allowed back in to find the place was under new management. I photographed these people, at which time they called the police. When I eventually went to completely remove my stuff, the new manager told me to pay $25 to get the lock cut off, as I no longer had my keys, and said "I'm so happy you are doing better, but due to past issues you have to move out." When I arrived the next day to do so, a different employee told me the price is actually $20, and that he heard my story and it is "tragic." What's the deal guys? $40k now, $100m at settlement.

From the moment we moved in, every staff member has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. We rented a unit here for about two years, and unlike our experiences at other facilities, the rates were never raised unreasonably. When we moved out, Joshua was fantastic—he made sure we were fully taken care of and truly went above and beyond. His positive attitude is contagious. If I ever need storage again, I’ll definitely return to this location or choose this company. Thanks for everything!
