- MGMIKE GARRISON3 days ago5.0Congrats to Blue Wave staff. From Sales to Construction to orientation after completion we were pleasantly surprised!!! We are very happy with our pool and the process was about as good as you can get. Communication along the way was very good and questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Overall time frame was better than most of our friends and neighbors have experienced and the quality seems to be very good. Sales guy was on top of it and once contract was signed the permit process began right away and was about what you would expect from Queen Creek time wise. Overall Process was outstanding and time frame was pretty quick all things considered. We would recommend them for sure. A sincere thanks to Chris, Michelle and Jason for all the help along the way. Just as a funny side note, a shout out to one of the workers for the crew who did the Turf part of yard restoration. Thank you for clarifying the comments made by your boss who seemed more interested in telling me what was not covered by warranty or not included than anything positive. You must have sensed my displeasure and put me at ease.. job well done.

When they first started the pool, we told them we had a big Birthday Bash/Pool party scheduled and needed everything done by a certain date and they produced. There were no surprises with costs or timelines. The workman ship on every stage of the process was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Definitely 5 stars and John was amazing to work with.

I was aware of most items but it sure was reassuring that he wanted my wife and I to be aware of those items. He listened to exactly what we wanted to achieve and designed the perfect back yard oasis. blue wave built a remarkable Pool, Patio, Gazebo and kitchen bar and BBQ area. His team communicated by email exactly which contractors and scope of work would be done on which days and time. The contractors they partner with were fabulous, kind and considerate. I’ve been in the service business for over 30 years and my wife and I are really impressed with the professionalism and quality of Blue Wave Pools. Thank you Chris and team Blue Wave. But every contractor that blue wave used were great. Maybe one suggestion: More training and follow-up would have been appreciated for first time pool users like ourselves.
