    Decor overload. . I thought it was going to be more like other craft stores, but it's more just decor. And alot of it !!! It's like a supply warehouse for girls !

    Halloween and Fall decor items are rather expensive. Additionally, they aren't on sale except for a VERY few outdoor Halloween items. Hobby Lobby and Michaels have great sales currently on Fall and Halloween decor. Why can't your store do likewise? I walked out of your store without purchasing anything!

    So dropped by here with my spouse on a Friday evening..there was a mob of kids..screaming profanity...running around jumping on furniture..knocking stuff off shelves...when I asked them to stop because their behavior was frightning...the called me an old hag...I went up to an employee who was obviously on the phone with a manager apologized and promptly ran the kids out...later as I was checking out I asked the clerk if they were successful in getting all those kids out he said yes and that they have been coming in almost every night that week. Insaid that's awful and why wont the cops do anything. He tells me that hes not allowed to call the cops...I shockingly asked why not? He said its their policy...no wonder AT Home is going bankrupt...tie their employees hands while having having to take abuse like that..all cause they dont want the bad press...smuh

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
