- ETEzekiel Tretiak6 days ago1.0The experience that I had upon first day of renting a unit was not completely a one star experience. The facility was very clean and easy to get around in. The part that earned the one star review is the fact that they promised I would have a lock for my unit which they failed to comply with but charge for beforehand when reserving. I spoke with a customer care after hours representative who said I could steal a lock out of one of the other open units but failed to have any locks in those as well. I did speak with the store manager the next day, whom was just kind of arrogant and rude and when I asked if there was anything they could do about making a wrong a right for not having the lock in there when they promised and not being available to help me afterwards he said well if you’re unhappy, and you would like to vacate the today you can do so. I really thought that was very unprofessional and surprised that would be the first thought of resolution for making a wrong a right. I’m sure extra space is and exceptional business but maybe should reconsider some of their employees. Not a great way of doing business. Thanks and best of luck to ya

Update: Then they give this generic response...they have my number, address, and email. They want me to reach out with my concerns when I already told them? See what I mean? They are a corrupt storage place that raises prices once you move your stuff in. Look at my storage number, it remained the exact same and then randomly goes up because your "move in special" is done. Sick

It’s extremely straightforward on top of the fact the app is cool and I love the Bluetooth aspect. Definitely looked overwhelming in terms of trying to find my unit at first, but the layout is definitely straightforward and pretty easy to figure out where to get back to. I can’t stress the fact enough that David was extremely helpful and a really good dude and would definitely recommend using the storage facility.
