- BLBo LindseyNov 11, 20251.0I went to Lowe’s and saw a Santa sleigh displayed outside for $500 with two reindeer priced at $300 each. I asked an employee if it was for sale and she told me, “If it has a price tag on it, it’s for sale.” So I said great, I’ll take it. She gets someone else to help me, then suddenly I’m told it’s not for sale. Now I’m confused. Two days later, I call back to speak to a manager and she refuses to get on the phone. I then talk to a customer service rep, explain the situation, and he tells me they have 5 sleighs in stock and 3 reindeer, and I can purchase them. He puts me on hold, comes back, and now nothing can be found except one reindeer. So which is it? The misinformation, the run-around, and the lack of communication is unreal. Everyone had a different answer and nobody actually knew what was going on. I was literally trying to give them money for overpriced holiday décor and still couldn’t get a straight answer. I will not be returning to Lowe’s. Customer service should not feel like a guessing game.

- SPS POct 26, 20251.0It is concerning about the price difference from Lowes to Home Depot. Many items at Lowes are several dollars cheaper at Home Depot. Most recently a purchase of Osmocote $20 at Lowes and $16 at Home Depot. Also fire wood is significantly more expensive. I used to love shopping at Lowes, but lately it's a price gouging session. I have no idea how they plan to stay open with this much of a price difference and better competitor pricing. Is this the point where they blame tarrifs?
