  Caron at Lowe’s is AMAZING ✨ She helped us in the paint department a couple days ago and was super friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what we needed and helped us choose the right products since we originally grabbed the wrong stuff. Thank you, Caron! 💛 We really appreciate you and your amazing customer service! 🙌⭐

  Extremely disappointing service at Lowe’s Maricopa. This store is completely the opposite of Home Depot — and that’s not a compliment. You have plenty of employees standing around, smiling and saying good morning, but most of them have absolutely no idea what they’re doing in their own departments. The lack of training is obvious and unacceptable. The Pro Department is even worse. I’ve requested quotes twice, and not once have they bothered to call me back. Completely unprofessional. And the manager? Instead of chatting with your coworkers, start doing your job. If you can’t handle the responsibility, then step up your game — or find another job…

  Today was our first visit to the Lowes in Maricopa. We are beyond satisfied with the high level of customer service we received. Every other isle we passed or were on someone asked us if we needed help. Once we found what we needed Amari was more than willing to help my mom and I grab the heavy (50 lbs) bags of rocks. He was also willing to put them in the car for us. We are SO HAPPY with our experience there. We also were offered plastic to cover our trunk so the bags of materials didnt get on my carpet. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We will be back.

  Review for Lowe's Store in Maricopa I recently visited the Lowe's store in Maricopa with my family 12/7/2025 and I must say my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the management's approach. Terra, however, was a shining light amidst the situation. We arrived at Lowe's just before 8 PM to pick up a Christmas tree, eager to celebrate a special occasion with my two sons, one of whom is in the military and had just returned home. After selecting our tree, we confirmed with a cashier in the garden section if they could cut it for us and she said yes. However, as we carried our chosen tree to the checkout, the manager approached us and informed us that they had already closed the register and insisted we would have to wait until the next day to pick it up the tree. We explained the situation to him but he did not care. This was incredibly shocking, especially since we planned to set up our tree that night for our family celebration. To make matters worse, the manager insisted we leave through the front of the store, rather than allowing us to exit through the garden section which we came with the sole purpose to purchase a tree. In stark contrast to the manager's attitude, Terra was amazing. Despite the discouraging atmosphere and the intimidation felt among the other staff as we are walking to the front of the store with our heads low in defeat as we know we would have to drive an hour out of town to find a tree. Terra greeted us warmly and offered to help us check out if we retrieved the tag from our selected tree. Thanks to her kindness and great customer service, we were able to finalize our celebration and enjoy a memorable evening together as a family. It's unfortunate that the store's management does not prioritize customer experience or support their employees effectively. I believe the manager’s behavior was unacceptable, especially considering that the store should have stayed open until the posted closing time 9pm as listed on the website. Because of the manager's approach and lack of consideration for customers, I am giving this Lowe's location one star. Terra's the customer service associate showed brave and caring actions and deserves recognition, and she is the only reason I would even consider returning in the future. Thank you Terra for bringing our family a joyful holiday season. What you did mattered and touched my family's life, we need more people genuinely like you customer facing. Happy Holiday and Merry Christmas to you.
