    Angel, the district and facility manager, made the sign up process very easy and pleasant. From the start, she was on top of it. She returned my initial inquiry call quickly, provided clear pricing information, and walked me through options without any pressure. When I went in to meet her in person, the sign up process was seamlessly paperless. I originally signed up for one type of unit, but after thinking it through, realized a different one would be a better fit. I was expecting the change to be a hassle, but Angel immediately updated the contract without hesitation. That level of flexibility and customer care really stood out. Also, the Extra Space Storage phone app is great. Very easy to use. With it, I can unlock the building's loading dock entrances contactless and manage the monthly payments. Overall, great experience. Angel knows what she's doing and makes things feel easy from start to finish.

    Reservation of unit via website was extremely simple and streamlined. Follow up phone call with Angel to confirm rental information and set up remaining components for immediate access on arrival the day of move in was extremely pleasant and again very streamlined to include follow up instructions and confirmations. Great overall experience.
