She was super kind and worked to get me all settled into a storage unit right away. Shortly after acquiring the unit, I quickly realized I would need a larger space. I walked into to the same location a couple of weeks later and Chris assisted me. He was also the epitome of excellent customer service and was very kind and helped me through the process of canceling the smaller unit after we acquired a larger unit online. My experience with the Baseline location has been 10/10 and if there were 10 stars to give I’d definitely give them.

- MCMariana CastanoFeb 6, 20261.0We’ve had our storage unit for a while now, and we’ve never stored any food or edible items in it. However, we’ve discovered that rats have been using our storage unit as a bathroom. We’ve found rat poop all over our son’s bed frame, as well as on boxes of clothes that we had stored clean and in a closed box. Even outside of our storage unit, we’ve found rat poop on the ground near other storage units. We’ve obviously cleaned up the mess, but we had to bring all the trash and rat poop in our SUV to get rid of it. We can’t wait until our house is finished so that we can finally move in and have a clean and rat-free living space.
