Nope. After SEVERAL attemps to get someone to help us in BLINDS department (20 minutes) WE LEFT very frustrated. BTW, stock was extremely low on the shelves and perhaps most purple woruld have left after seeing the empty shelves.

Went for some vegetables to plant but I don't think anyone takes care of them. Everything was drooping,starving for water. Home Depot for me. Plants are in far better shape.

Shopping at this location has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a contractor.
I purchased materials on March 15th and was told over the phone that items would be transferred from another store and ready for pickup on March 24th. When I arrived, only about one-third of my order was available, and no one could explain why. I was then told to contact another store myself, where I learned the transfer request had never even been submitted.
After speaking with the store manager, Chase, I was assured the issue would be resolved and that my full order would be ready for pickup on March 30th at 8 AM. This was critical, as our construction start date is March 31st for a wedding scheduled on April 4th.
On March 30th, I returned to the store, only to find that no one knew where my materials were. After about 30 minutes of searching, an employee named Brad located most of the order—but 30 pieces were still missing out of 432. I was told those remaining items were still in Henderson and that they would be picked up the same day.
As of 4:30 PM on March 30th, I still had no update. When I called, I was told Brad had gone home, the manager was unavailable, and I might get an update the following day.
The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through in this situation has been unacceptable—especially given the time-sensitive nature of my project. This experience has caused unnecessary stress to my business and jeopardized a project tied to an important event.
I gave this store the benefit of the doubt, but this will be the last time I do business here. I sincerely hope improvements are made so future customers don’t have to deal with this level of service.
If zero stars were an option, I would choose that.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
