As a business owner, I can not say it loud enough, DONT SHOP AT LOWES AKA LOSE! The final straw for me was they sell you totes and lids, but don’t allow you to purchase a replacement lid for the tote. And the top it all off management is horrible as well. Bad employees stems from poor management and it shows in every area of the store. I have multiple scenarios. I could gladly share of unprofessionalism and downright verbal disrespect from multiple employees on multiple occasions to multiple contractors And employers. Very disappointed.

Just before we checked out, noticed two different hinges inside the bag. also needed a stopper ball/pin for the sink and they only had one size. Home Depot has about four different options. Lowe's has a lot of options for home decorating, but I think i'm more comfortable at Home Depot with parts and hardware... old school.

Policies and mission statements on paper were in stark contrast verbally. Loyalty was a facade and regarding upper management, the numbers were the ONLY thing that mattered. As a Veteran we used to say "I got your six!". Not there and I'll leave it at that. My 5 stars of appreciation go to Jim the store manager and the gentleman who assisted me in the lumber department where we hit a snafu and red tape. I apologize, I'm not good with names but guessing he was a dept manger. I'm Jim also so a no brainer. Jim without hesitation made the almost 4 hour round trip worth it as the lumber associate made smooth sailing my store experience. . They both changed my mind about never shopping at Lowe's anymore. Gentlemen I salute you and appreciate your dedication to the customer. I'm back to the blue.

However, we organized a local fundraiser for disabled Veterans for yesterday in Lake Havasu at Smith's Food & Drug, and although Lowe's store manager initially agreed to join Home Depot, Walmart, Denny's, and over a dozen other local businesses in sponsoring the event, according to the manager, his corporate office kiboshed the approval and left us hanging. Thankfully, Home Depot, Walmart, and local businesses like Carnivore Caravan, SummeRay Wine Bar, Printing Plus, Interstate Batteries, and many others stepped up and the event was a succuss. So, when you gotta choose which corporations you support with your dollars, remember who had your local Veterans six.
