- EFEric FischerJun 10, 20252.0Bought a chlorine floater here just over a month ago and it’s now sinking to the bottom of my pool. Doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it that I can see but somehow the seal has allowed water inside. Took it to the store to see if they would exchange or replace it… apparently since it’s over a month since the purchase, they don’t stand by their products. Not a big deal, but I’ll drive the extra distance to get the cheap stuff at Walmart. Two stars only for decent help at the counter, but Leslie’s Pool Supply, if you’re listening, you need to standby your products if they fail. Why would I buy a product through you again at a twice the price if you don’t stand by the product you sell? A $19 floater cost you thousands of dollars of future sales from me. 🤷♂️
