  Sunset Spa’s was a great place to purchase my spa. Mark the sale manager was awesome to work with. He took his time and answered all of our questions showed us many choices. The delivery was perfect WD and his crew did a great job took their time to make sure they set everything and answered any questions before they left. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to go see Sunset spas in Goodyear and you’ll be happy that you did.

  WD, Josh and Tom were very professional with delivery and setup, WD took time to explain how to setup and to apply chemicals. This being my first hot tub this was very helpful.

  I purchased our Seville Hot Tub from Sunset Spas in June of 2024. Overall we have enjoyed the hot tub and the customer service provided by Sunset Spas. One thing I wish I had understood is that this model is not a locally made model, but a Chinese import. So certain components are not easy to find at a Spa Parts Store. The screen on this model delaminates, which is covered under warranty. However the shell, as can be seen in the photos, can not handle the Arizona heat. It blistered and discolored and the warranty period is short. Cost to replace the panel is $200 plus tax. The newer panels are better built to handle the Arizona sun (or at least that was shared with me) and the recommendation is to keep the hot tub in the shade, or buy a full cover for it. The practicality of each of those recommendations depends on you. Just heads up that if you have full southern exposure then this could also happen to you.

  Went sunset spas about a week ago. We dealt with the associate named mark. He was wonderful, he was patient. And he got us into a hot tub that fit for us. He helped us to get everything set up, helped us to get all of the products that we needed after the hot tub was installed and ready to relax un. I would suggest this place to everyone. The prices were great. The deals were awesome best Buy place in Arizona to buy a Spa

  Just had my spa brought in.And installed Mr . WD,tom and josh were excellent, they THEY GOT HERE. EARLY, TOOK CARE OF ME, BROUGHT EVERYTHING IN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM PROFESSIONAL, AND WE'LL GET YOU TAKEN CARE OF AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.
