    I called today about a hot water heater I'm not able to pick it up until tomorrow and they only have 1left I don't have an account at Lowe's thankfully I spoke with Jeff M and he was supper helpfull and figured out how to get it off the sales floor and have it ready for me to pick it up tomorrow he went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it if you need help find Jeff because he's the man I'd give him 20 stars if I could!!!!!!!!

    Spoke with a garden associate on the phone to check if they had pavers in stock, she was very rude and had an annoyed tone in her voice and kept saying she couldn’t understand what I was saying, finally got her the item number of the product I wanted and she said she would be right back to check and hung up the phone. Never got an answer on if they were available.

    Bought a brand new washing machine. Paid to have them install it. It stopped working after 5 uses due to a wiring issue caused by faulty instillation of the unit. Had to take through dozens of robo calls to get to a human. They were unable to help in any way. Had to call a different number that was pulling teeth out to get ahold of someone for them to be able to even begin discussing compensation for the fact they sold and installed a defective product. I have reached out to you in both of the ways you listed below and your teams response was to get bent.

    I've shopped at this Lowe's since it was built, hardly ever Home Depot. But today changed my mind. I have never left a review for a store, hotel, restraunt... But somethings got me leaving this one. I tried to return 2 small items that I bought but didn't end up needing them. I probably will never need them. I have been in the middle of moving and dealing with a lot. I was told that it's been more than "90" days. I bought them in December and knew nothing about a "90" day policy. So because I didn't return them before March 15, I'm stuck with 2 items that I'll never need. (I've attached a picture of the items, if you need them, message me. I'm in Goodyear you can have them. We'll meet in the Home Depot parking lot.) I did call and talked with a Supervisor after the return lady denied me. Unfortunately so did the Supervisor. I know this is a petty thing to get upset about, I just had to Vent. Thank you for reading my frustration. Sincerely, X. Customer

    I would put zero if I could but there isn't an option. I'm very fed up with this location and it isn't even a majority of the associates fault. My main problem with this location is is with the store manager, have been going here for many many yeas and the current store manager is the absolute worst. I hear how he talks to his associates and how he talks to customers, he belittles them and never helps. I can't count the amount of times I've seen massive lines at customer service or the regular registers and see him just walking back and forth stalking the those two areas shouting and bereating the girls working and never offering to help out himself. Just today I saw the lady in customer service literally shout for more help and that man told someone in the middle to not even think about going to help. The lady at customer service was drowning, line out the door and the phone not stop ringing all by herself with no back up close to tears. I can't and will not support this location or any location anymore if this is the kind of people they decide to hire to try and lead their team. I have plenty of years under my belt of customer service jobs and my heart goes out to them all at this location. I know my refusal to shop there won't affect much but I'm hoping that others see this and choose not to either. Store Manager Benjamin you are not worthy of the title of leader and should and hopefully will be replaced with someone more competent sooner rather than later.
