  My wife and I needed to replace our recliners which were quite old. Rosa met us at the door. She was polite, courteous and professional. After asking us about what we were looking for she had us sit in a few recliners to see how we fit and what met our expectations. She then guided us to options that would meet those expectations. The whole experience was a pleasure and we learned a great deal. Bottom line we both found the recliners that met each of our needs. It was a great pleasure to work with Rosa to do that.

  My husband and I went into LayZBoy last Saturday. We were just starting to look at new furniture, but had already been to the typical places - AFW, Ashleys & Bob's. After walking in, Rosa met us at the door. She let us wander without being overbearing. Checked in often and answered any questions that we had. We started talking more and I instantly felt at home with her. Rosa listens to truly understand your needs, not just to respond. After finding a couple of options, but not sure on the size needed- Rosa & Designer, Mary, met us at our house. The in-house consultation helped even more and really just made us feel like you had friends working with you- not just salespeople. We decided what we wanted and went back into the store on Monday. Of course, by that time, I had already changed my mind after spending some time on the website. Rosa worked with me more and we got the perfect sectional for our home- with everything we wanted: correct size, fabric, power charging, and even lumbar support. Cannot wait to get this unit into the house and start relaxing on it. I will be sending everyone I know to Rosa & Mary! Highly recommend you ask for them.

  I had a great experience working with Brooke and Janet. They came to my home to measure my space and offered helpful, personalized furniture recommendations that made the decision process so much easier. I ended up purchasing a sectional and a dinning table, and both fit perfectly in my home. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with them if you’re looking for expert guidance and a smooth, stress-free experience!

  I worked with Rosa and she was incredibly helpful, she went above and beyond with her customer service. I would definitely recommend her and Lazy boy to anyone looking to get new furniture. So happy I went back to them to get a new chair. Thanks again Rosa you are the best!!
