    This is our first hot tub and the experience has been fairly seamless. This was a big purchase so we were understandablly nervous. Upon walking into the store in Goodyear, Troy the salesman, let me walk around and check out their inventory with no pressure. When I had questions he was very helpful. We went back a couple days later and made our decision. Maria, their scheduling guru, was incredible and got us scheduled very quickly. The delivery people were AWESOME. W.D., Tom, and Josh from Coast to Coast did a very professional job getting the tub where we wanted it, being very careful and respectful of our property. W.D. talked us through the process of using the chemicals and left his phone number with me to call him whenever I had any questions. This has been a great experience so far.

    The level of professionalism and customer service by WD, Tom and Josh was incredible. The delivery was a short and simple process and they worked with me on the exact location I wanted to set it at. While Tom and Josh finished the installation, WD sat down with me and explained everything about how to upkeep of the new hot tub and explained every chemical I needed and what it was for along with its measurements. I would 100% recommend these gentlemen.

    Install crew was great. WD, Tom and Josh assembled the sauna very fast, were amazingly professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely would recommend these guys.

    Arrived on time, very efficient getting everything set up. They checked twice to make sure it was exactly where we wanted. W.D. took time to explain instructions for proper chemical balance. They were very professional. Highly recommend.

    L❤️VE my Sunset Spa!! WONDERFUL experience purchasing my first spa with Matt Mauer! The scheduling for my spa delivery, with Marie Jones, was easy & smooth! The Sunset Spa delivery was handled by an AMAZING crew: WD, Tom, Josue and Feron! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful! Sunset Spas definitely provides a WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! Here’s a photo of the incredible team that delivered + installed my spa 🤩
