  We had a great experience with Sunset Spas and are very happy with our hot tub. Matt was awesome to work with and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted without any pressure, in addition to experienced advice on maintaining the spa. The setup team and electrician made the installation easy and smooth. We checked out six different places while shopping around, and Sunset Spas had the best selection with all the options we were looking for at a great price. We’d are definitely happy with our decision and have already recommend them to friends.

  WD did a great job with delivery and going over our hot tub. Everything went smoothly and professionally and he took the time to explain setup and operation.

  W.D and his crew delivered our new spa today. The transfer from truck to backyard was seamless. The crew was friendly and worked as a well oiled machine together. W.D went over how to chemical and use the spa. He also provided his cell number and said to contact him if ever we have issue or questions. Great southern guy. Would highly recommend the crew.

  This is our first hot tub and the experience has been fairly seamless. This was a big purchase so we were understandablly nervous. Upon walking into the store in Goodyear, Troy the salesman, let me walk around and check out their inventory with no pressure. When I had questions he was very helpful. We went back a couple days later and made our decision. Maria, their scheduling guru, was incredible and got us scheduled very quickly. The delivery people were AWESOME. W.D., Tom, and Josh from Coast to Coast did a very professional job getting the tub where we wanted it, being very careful and respectful of our property. W.D. talked us through the process of using the chemicals and left his phone number with me to call him whenever I had any questions. This has been a great experience so far.

  The level of professionalism and customer service by WD, Tom and Josh was incredible. The delivery was a short and simple process and they worked with me on the exact location I wanted to set it at. While Tom and Josh finished the installation, WD sat down with me and explained everything about how to upkeep of the new hot tub and explained every chemical I needed and what it was for along with its measurements. I would 100% recommend these gentlemen.
