Husband and I went into Lowes just to look today. After the second employee came up to ask us if we needed any help, we both looked at each other and were happily pleased. By the time we left, 4 employees in different departments had asked if we needed help and the cashier wished us a pleasant day. This Lowes has the BEST employees. This is not the first time this has happened too. There's a reason why we drive to this Lowes versus others that are closer to our house. The employees here Rock!

Horrible Christmas return policy…completely unused lights could not be returned as I went on a long-term business trip and could not return before Christmas. Apparently cannot return 2-3 days after Christmas…would be nice for someone to actually say that during checkout versus a large sign that no one ever reads. Fortunately, Home Depot has a normal return policy regardless of the holiday…

They rang up the wrong set of washer and dryer. The dryer doesn’t work and to send the correct set, they want to charge me again and then issue a refund once the items returned are inspected. They made this mistake, not us. I’ll stick with Home Depot.

Management!! Amanda needs a raise!! It is the day before Christmas Eve - i don't need to tell you what that's like! And this gal was amazing. I had three items to order none that I could carry out of the store and she helped me purchase them, get them paid for and get it set up for me to pick up later. Just a darling woman! So patient and kind. I couldn't believe how quickly she got me in and out of the store! Give this lady a raise!
