I went in one day, my wife a couple days later, same vibe both times. I have an issue with any place that hands you a print out, and tells you that you need X dollars worth of pool product without explanation, actually teaching you how to maintain your pool. Felt like it was..."here, buy this pile of chemicals, put in the pool and come back next week for your next batch of chemicals".
