    We only have the highest praise for La Z Boy furniture and their customer service. We worked with Ashley at the Goodyear location on our order change after we decided that what we originally ordered wasn’t what we wanted. After we reselected, we made multiple tweaks to our order, which Ashley was more than patient with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and what fit our needs/space the best. We couldn’t be happier with our final decision. If you have any furniture needs, ask for Ashley, she is knowledgeable, patient and really cares about getting things right. I hope her management sees this as well. She’s wonderful!

    I wanted to rate them a 2.5, but that was not a choice. I purchased from this store because of its reputation. Unfortunately, there is a lack of communication between the salespeople at the store, the service department operators and the service techs. I ordered a reclining sofa for its back support and also a recliner chair. They were delivered, but shortly after receiving them we noticed that the sofa was very comfortable, but the recliner was not. The padding on the back was shifting and the padding on the seat was uncomfortable - not like the store model which I am sure many people have sat in it. I went back into the store and was referred to the service department. I then had a virtual appointment set up so I could use my phone to show the chair to the estimator-type guy. He told me the chair definitely needed more padding on the back and the seat and that he would order it. A large box was delivered to my home shortly thereafter. I thought it was padding for both. When the repair tech came out, he told me that all that padding was only for the back, not the seat. When I told him that it was supposed to be for both and asked if he could call his office, he said that I had to call the service center back myself. He stuffed the back of the recliner and it felt better, and I called the service center to ask about the seat padding. They had to look it up and get back to me. I had to call again, and they found the notes and ordered the seat padding. A very small box came. I was worried as to how small it was. Again, I called to schedule the repair. The same service tech came out. He put it in. I sat in the chair and it was NOT comfortable. I said it needed more padding. I asked him what I can do, and he told me to call the service center again. I did the next day. The operator read the notes of the repair guy's ticket, and then told me that the repair guy had written that no more padding could be put onto the seat of that recliner. Why didn't he tell me that to begin with? So now I am stuck with a very expensive recliner, with sub-par seat padding. I went into the store again to see if something could be done. I spoke to a salesperson who told me that they have nothing to do with that and I would have to call the service phone line again. So, the moral of the story is, the salespeople take your money, but that is it. They don't care if you are not happy. The service department has low-paid operators answering the phones but can't do much for you, and the repair tech will only repair what is instructed to him but can't call his office on your behalf. So why did I spend so much money on an assembly line reject of a recliner chair with a company that does not care about giving you customer service and standing behind their products?

    Rosa was excellent! She assisted to get all we wanted in our new living room set without having to compromise on even one thing and made sure we got the best deal possible on fine furnishings. We have a bit to wait for delivery but we are sure it will be worth it and we are sure she will the order intently until it is delivered and we are 100% happy.
