  Ashley was the type of salesperson that was knowledgeable, yet not pushy. We were able to evaluate with her assistance and purchase what we need at this time. We worked with Mary on design and she was spectacular with being able to read us on our likes and dislikes. She presented to us exactly what made us feel comfortable. It was wonderful to work with both of them.

  The sales women, Rosa Stewart was very helpful. Answered every one of our questions. Very polite with no pressure, just seemed sincerely wanting us to be happy with our choice. My wife is very happy, and that's the important part for me. I'm happy Rosa was there. Thank you!

  Rosa, was very helpful, patient while we decided on a chair. Brought us fabric samples to consider.explained various options. Made us aware of protection plans especially since we have a cat. We enjoyed working with her on this purchase.

  LA-Z-BOY Recliners - Okay Chairs, Crappy Custom Service. We ordered a recliner and reclining loveseat, waited 6 weeks for delivery, delivery drivers set everything up and put everything in place. When we went to adjust the loveseat later that same day we discovered that one of the rubber feet was missing. (metal on tile contact) Called the store, they gave us a number to their warranty department that never answered and if you leave a message, never calls you back. After two weeks of that crap, called the store again and had them put us in direct contact with their warranty department. Told the gal what part was missing, she said no problem, we’ll send you out the part, should have it in a week to ten days. 2-1/2 weeks later, still no part. LA-Z-BOY customer service after sale is absolute crap. This will definitely be our last LA-Z-BOY purchase.

  If you’re in the market for superior quality furniture coupled with superior quality personal service you must go to Lazyboy in Goodyear AZ and contact LANDON. From the minute we entered the store we were met with friendly employees who directed us to Landon. Landon is exceptionally knowledgeable of Lazyboy products and provided excellent input regarding fabrics and mechanisms associated with their recliners and loveseats. He was very personable and treated us like family, not pushy and very concerned that we got just what we were looking for. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our experience and our two recliners. Landon should be your first choice, he will definitely be ours in the future.
