- RBRuth BarmoreSep 10, 20251.0Visited the store at 75th and cactus re the fact that the timer on the pool pump did not work. The associate gave me the part number and referred me to the store at 52nd and Peoria where ,she said, I could request a repair. I went in the store and the lady said that the she'd spoken to the 75th ave store. She placed the part on the counter. I asked if someone could install it. To which she replied, It's not that hard." I said, I don't mess with electricity." She replied, "Just turn the power off." She then said, "let me ask if someone can install it." She turned to a man sitting at the end of the hall area, (about 30 feet)and asked. He didn't even bother to come to the counter. He said, "Go on line at Leslie Pools. They show how to do it.." 1.I was not comfortable making the repair, and 2. What wonderful customer service. I'll never set foot in Leslie's again.
- DHDoug HazekampAug 18, 20221.0I recently went in here to buy a part for my pool cleaner and was given the wrong part. When I went back up later to exchange this for the right part the same person that sold it to me refused to admit it was the wrong part even though I brought the correct one with me this time. It was obviously the wrong part but this egomaniac refused to exchange the part saying he'd been doing this for years and I was wrong, even after showing him the broken part!! When I got angry he kicked me out of the store! The next day I went to the Olive/51st Ave location ( where I usually go) and they swapped out the parts and even put my cleaner back together for me. Awesome customer service! Unfortunately nobody else at Leslie's cares about customer service because even after calling and filing a complaint four days ago I haven't heard back. It's time to start buying my supplies from someone else I guess...
- SESteven EllisJun 16, 20215.0Wow went into this place and asked for a pool motor. The guy behind the counter and the woman behind the counter were so nice and polite, the woman joked with us and all you just dont see this nowadays. So the guy pulled the motor and was working the quote he came back with almost 600 for all I needed, then he said something about the bolts so I had to leave it overnight. Well another guy called me the next day and said he had some new info on my motor, well it turned out I really didn't need all that stuff and my bill went down to like 436 I believe, the other guy was not trying to RIP me off its stuff I thought I needed and the other guy said I didn't so I was really pleased with this type of service because you just dont see this anymore except at B&L POOLS. I suggest shopping here thank you guys for your help.
