- SWShelly Wilson1 day ago1.0My husband and I went in to buy a revive adjustable bed. We needed it on a specific date as we were moving out of a vacation rental and into our new home. We were assured it would be dropped shipped by the manager, Steve the mattress never came on November 22 and we’ve been sleeping on the floor. When we came to the store, there’s basically nothing they can do based on their corporate outline and there are no mattresses available until an undetermined amount of time. They cannot do anything there’s no solution. We drove three hours round-trip and we’re at the store for an hour and 45 minutes and are leaving with nothing. Side note! THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE THAT YOU CAN CALL AND GET CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE. I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING AT LIVING SPACES

Our Sales Associate assured us the furniture would Fit. When it arrived I’d did not fit but we made Adjustments and lived with it. The main Recliner was for myself healing up from a health issue. The Recliner stopped working 2 month ago. Company said parts were ordered. After I reached out because nobody notified me, I was advised that they changed computer systems and the parts were not ordered but would be. After over a week I called to check and was advised that 1 part was on Backorder and I would be updated shortly. After I called to check because nobody updated myself, I was advised part was available and ordered. Still nobody had responded. My wife Reached out 5 days ago to our Sales Associate and has not received a call back.
