- CGChris GiannettiSep 25, 20251.0So unfortunately, as of the date of yesterday 1/14, The spare key I tried to get inside the grocery store that I frequent for my groceries each week, is not working properly because I paid for a regular copy of an apartment key and after hearing that the key was cut, like I could hear it being cut inside the machine, it never got dropped and I did not think to get the case number/code from that so I could request a refund so as of right now, 1 star. I didn’t remember the order number, to be able to request a refund so but the fact that I put it on my credit card, I’ll be putting my own money back onto it from what was spent for a key that I didn’t receive unfortunately. And what’s worse on top of that is that one or two of the workers at the grocery store where the machine is being held, had not thought to write up a sign saying that the in-store location kiosk vendable keys section of the kiosk was now working, so I did not know beforehand I would not receive the key that I had spent my money towards 😒🤷🏻♂️
