We traveled from California to Arizona for spring training and had several large items in the back of our truck, including a BBQ and pizza oven. Since we couldn’t check into our Airbnb right away, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving everything unattended while we went to a late lunch. They were able to provide us with a storage unit for a few hours, which gave us total peace of mind. The process was smooth, the staff was helpful, and the flexibility made a big difference to our trip. It turned what could have been a stressful situation into a worry-free experience. Great customer service and very accommodating!
