My dad bought paver here this month and while the first girl (a younger girl) we were talking to seemed stuck up and uninterested, the second person named Maria who was kind and explained all the things to us, she was great. She broke everything down for us and we left satisfied. Weeks later right before Christmas my dad checks his bank account and finds two additional charges from the company that we weren’t aware of. One charge of ~$500 was refunded by the time we saw this but the other charge of $900 was not. My dad was understandably upset because he’s been stolen from before which he told Maria about. Obviously the office was closed for the holiday so all my dad was able to do was go to his bank and get his statements printed out for proof. Today Monday the 29th my dad went to the office and allegedly there was no manager or assistant manager on so they couldn’t do anything… my dad notified them that he was going to file a police report if this wasn’t remedied and he started to leave and some employee went after him outside to try to explain but my dad was in no mood to hear the explanation. The last thing my dad informed me of was that an employee stuck their middle finger out at him for mentioning the police. What a horrible horrible way to conduct business. Customer service is clearly in the trenches. I wish I was there so I knew the name of the employee who did that to him because my dad isn’t observant in that way. Please think twice before coming here. I’m appalled and disgusted by this behavior.
