  We came this past Friday to browse for a new sectional for our home. We had 2 options in mind. We also on Saturday went to Living Spaces off the 10 fwy and 67th Ave, unfortunately their prices were extremely high and nothing fit what we were looking for. On Sunday we came back here and Gloria assisted us. She was kind, listened to our needs and showed us different options and gave us her opinion. We left with a decision and chose our sectional it was soo nice!!! It has a tap charger built in for your phone and plug outlets as well. They recline and the color is just what I was looking for to match my home decor. They delivered it today. The delivery people came exactly at the time they were supposed to. They put it together for me and hooked up all the wires necessary. Thanks for great service!!!

  We visited American furniture warehouse this past weekend to pick out a couch which as anyone would know is a huge investment, especially when you are living paycheck to paycheck as most Americans are right now in this economy. We ended up picking a floor model and we understood that what you see is what you get basically. Our delivery went fine and they arrived 30 minutes before schedule. We spent $2000 on a couch and a love Seat for it to arrive completely filthy. It was obviously not wrapped and it was. I guess put on top or on the bottom of another couch because it arrived with markings on both armrest that were not there when we just saw the couch on Sunday. And it being a floor model we went over these couches with a fine tooth comb to make sure that it was something that we were willing to take home. It’s very disheartening on American furniture is behalf to turn in a couch to a customer that you couldn’t have your employees take 20 minutes to wipe down and make it look presentable for a quote white glove delivery” We won’t be returning, unfortunately

  I also had a very poor experience here. I purchased furniture in-store using my own financing so I could pay on my own terms. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, especially the older lady in the customer pickup department, and the process felt unnecessarily difficult. Their policies seem unrealistic for customers who use outside financing, which made it feel like they were trying to push customers into either paying cash or using their in-house financing. On top of that, the pickup process was extremely frustrating. I waited far longer than expected with little communication from staff. After no clear resolution, I eventually cancelled my purchase and walked out. Between the poor customer service, the long wait times, and the pressure around financing, the overall experience was disappointing. I wish I had paid attention to the low Google rating before coming here. I would strongly recommend others consider shopping elsewhere.

  We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Melvin. From the moment we walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right furniture — not just making a sale. They took the time to understand our space, style, and budget, and guided us through options we wouldn’t have considered on our own. Their expertise made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and even fun. What stood out most was their patience and honesty. We never felt pressured — just supported. Because of them, we walked away confident and excited about our purchase. If you’re shopping for furniture, ask for Melvin. Exceptional service like this is rare. My only complaint is this survey only lets me give him five stars. He deserves 6.

  Melvin was an absolute legend helping us tonight. He was super warm and personal and gave great insight and help! He helped us with color choices even carrying around a pillow to compare the color of the couch we chose to the dining table! We appreciated everything he did including getting us waters and clearly knowing all the inventory. Thank you again Melvin !
