  The salesperson tricked me. He told me that if I wasn't happy with the sofa, I had a year to return it. Four months later, I noticed the sofa was uncomfortable, so I went back. I felt they were trying to avoid responsibility. They said they would send a technician to see if the sofa could be repaired on-site. When the technician arrived, he opened the sofa fabric but did nothing and left it as is (he damaged the fabric and left it). Finally, he told me the office would contact me. No one did. I went back again, but they still did nothing. This is a common way to trick customers into buying something and then shirk responsibility. By the way, I didn't ask for a refund; I asked to exchange it for a better quality one and offered to pay more.

  Customer service crap! Tried to buy some furniture. Two employees just stared at me and did NOT even try to help me. Bald guy just stared at me and make it seem like I was a nuisance for having him to get up off the couch in the showroom. Woman who looks like she just woke up from the back took her time coming to the register. Customer service and trying to get help here is a non existent.

  I highly recommend this Furniture store to anyone! The staff was friendly and amazing, only offered assistance when appropriate. They've got a huge selection of furniture to fit your BUDGET most importantly, AND what you need. They offer 3 types of financing options if needed. There is delivery option upon your request and a delivery cost depending on the the total amount spent on furniture. I couldn't ask for a better experience for delivery! They were following up with me days prior to delivery and they were timely. when they arrived, Then men handled my furniture with the upmost care! They asked where I needed placement, set it up for me, and everything! All in all 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased furniture online three BNPL virtual card. I drive 29.8 miles to pick it up only to be told that I can't pick it up without the physical card. I was directed to go to the front to the cashiers. Go up front, I provide the order number, my ID, and pull up the virtual card in Affirm, only to be told that I cannot have the items. There is ZERO language that speaks to virtual cards not being accepted. If I had paid the additional money for it to be delivered, a delivery person was not going to ask for my ID and Credit Card. To add insult to injury, the manager was attempting to try to pitch shopping around to me. "You know, I don't want to lose you as a customer and.... " After driving so far, and being sent from desk to desk, onIy to be made feel as though I was stealing or not entitled to the purchase, I no longer wanted to hear anything anyone had to say . I will NEVER NEVER NEVER shop there again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not shop there.

  This is a response to the review from Austin Howard on 11-4- 25. Since Google does not let me respond to your reaction, I'll write another review. I have already reached out to AFW to try to resolve this issue, and that is when I was told by Nancy at corporate that there is nothing they can do and suggested that I go to another organization, which, by the way, has gone out of business, to get a cover for the couch. Not that it matters anymore, the order number is 74M270782. I will never buy another piece of furniture from AFW, nor will anybody in my family, nor will my friends, nor anyone else I talk to.
