  Very pleased with my entire experience with American Furniture Warehouse. I purchased a power lift chair recliner and AFW was my 4th stop. The home furnishings consultant, Raul Olivares, was very attentive and professional. I never felt rushed and he answered all of my questions. He arranged delivery and told me what to expect. The delivery was smooth and professional as well. The two delivery men were very respectful and did an excellent job setting the chair up and testing it to make sure it worked properly. I am very impressed all the way around and would highly recommend American Furniture Warehouse for your furniture needs.

  Shopping for mattresses. Layed on one matress. Salesperson upset I did not run my credit after laying on a beautyrest hybrid that was not even the latest generation. Wife and I are on a budget. We were not allowed to even test mattresses without being asked for our credit to be pulled. I just want to find a bed that works for us, without having to be pressured into buying the first bed we test.

  I bought a couch and loveseat in November. The couch broke the last week in December. The warranty says a year, but American Furniture Warehouse said they would have to fix it in the shop and it would be $150 for them to come get it and return it. I want a new couch. Who wants to have a 'repaired' 2 month old couch? Don't be lured in by their prices...you get what you pay for. I wish I had gone to Living Spaces instead.

  Very disappointed with my mattress purchase from American Furniture Warehouse. The mattress has caused ongoing back aches and other body pain instead of providing proper support. A mattress should improve sleep, not create health issues. The warranty claim process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Filing a claim took far too much effort, and when an inspector was finally sent out, it felt like the decision had already been made before he arrived. My claim was denied because he said he found a stain on the mattress, which came across as a convenient reason to reject the warranty rather than a fair inspection. I would not recommend American Furniture for mattresses or major purchases. As a social media influencer with millions of followers, I believe in sharing honest experiences, and I will be releasing a full video soon detailing this experience so others can make an informed decision.

  A bit of a long review but I feel it’s important to showcase just how much this company stands by their values. First, we visited the showroom and found that it was clean and easy to find what we were looking for. The salesmen occasionally checked in and answered all of our questions, without any pressure. I ordered a recliner that was in stock, got it picked up and put together. Unfortunately one of the pieces was missing from the box. I filed a claim with customer service and was waiting on that process. In the meantime, the couch I wanted came in stock, so I got that ordered and went to pick it up. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication and the item was not in stock after all. The manager of the Glendale location immediately stepped in and made everything right, between the out of stock couch and the missing piece to the recliner. He personally followed up to ensure the delivery was scheduled. The pieces were delivered today and the one recliner with the missing piece was picked up. The drivers were fantastic, very efficient and also friendly. We will absolutely return back to American Furniture!
