    Really not happy with the new Kids DIY projects. Before you could secure the build kits online with no hassle, but on January 6th they changed it so now you have to create a kids profile! It asks for names and birthdates and I understand this information is used to “track” your mini builders projects but I refuse to give out that information so I used random names and birthdates because I don’t feel comfortable with this new system.

    I came in requesting donations, and was helped immediately by the assistant manager. The staff were so kind and helpful, and I would prefer to shop at Lowes for my future needs.

    Out of stock of an item showing in stock. Their website offered to ship it for free, so I ordered it for delivery. While I was there, was looking for something else that was ended up being out. By the time I got home, they notified me my order was canceled. Wish I had gone to home depot tbh

    I have shopped at this store for nearly for a long time but the experience has gone downhill with poor service in most areas and a gardening section full of unhealthy plants and no help in sight. After seeing how much better the Val Vista and Warner Home Depot looked it is clear that Home Depot has pulled ahead and I wish this place still cared the way it used to.
