We had a great experience at Lowe’s working with Clay in the appliances department. He initially helped us order our washer and dryer and was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt confident in our purchase. When we ran into some shipping and backorder issues, Clay and the team were quick to step in and make things right. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but Clay truly delivered. He was personable, considerate, and went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciated him and the Lowe’s team.

Dear Lowe’s Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent purchase and the subsequent failure of your delivery and installation service. As a loyal, long-term Lowe’s customer, I have always held your store in high regard; however, my recent experience has been entirely unacceptable.
On December 19, I purchased a microwave along with professional installation services scheduled for December 29. On the day of the appointment, the third-party installer contacted me to state they could not fulfill the request because the microwave was missing from their inventory. When I visited the store seeking a resolution, I was told that no assistance could be provided until a manager returned from a break. Following a subsequent call to your corporate office, I was assured that a manager would contact me the next day to resolve the matter.
It has now been three days since that promise was made. I have received no follow-up, no solution, and I remain without a functioning appliance.
The lack of communication and the breakdown in your supply chain management are frustrating, but the lack of accountability from the store leadership is what I find most disheartening. I chose Lowe’s because of a perceived commitment to customer service—a commitment that has been absent throughout this ordeal.
I am requesting an immediate update on the status of my order and a definitive timeline for delivery and installation. I trust that, given my history with the company, you will prioritize resolving this matter and restoring my confidence in your brand.

Ordered a dishwasher with installation. Got an email stating in two business days we would be contacted by the installer. It’s now 4 business days later so I called the store to figure out what’s happened. Lowe’s stated it’s their system that screwed up somewhere and they don’t really know why but it keeps happening. Their solution to this was to laugh it off and then gave me the number to call for the home installer so now I’m doing Lowe’s job for them. This is not the customer service I literally paid extra for. what a joke! After looking up the installer which is CRST home solutions I’m seeing 1.5 stars and all the reviews can’t believe Lowe’s uses them and how bad the communication is and the inability to keep scheduled appointments. No wonder Lowe’s is having me contact them because they can’t be bothered to their jobs and deal with their terrible contractors. I’m absolutely regretting going through Lowe’s for this.

The Lowes on Higley Road is outstanding! We have been shopping here for three years now and cannot believe how pleasant, professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE the employees are. Whenever we shop, we always have questions. Compared to other improvement stores, these employees WANT TO HELP YOU. If they do not have the answer, they will find someone who does-quickly. A special shout out to Ashlyn, Dan, Tim, and Bodhi who assisted us with the purchase of several trees, soil, etc. They simply made our task so much easier!
A final shot out to the wonderful woman in appliances who sold us a gas stove on Veteran's Day. (Forgive, I cannot remember your name! We are the ones who walked away and then came back, having decided to buy the gas stove.) THANK YOU for your kindness, expertise, and compassion!
