All of the staff has been very helpful but the standouts for me have definitely been the awesome lady in paint who has my paint colors memorized. I forget her name but she has purple hair 😂 Joe and Jayson also have been clutch. I just find them since they are very familiar with my project. Thanks to everyone.

It's a 2-piece package, but was taped shut and only had half of its contents. Upon arrival, I was ignored longer than usual while waiting in line at the poorly-indicated Pickup desk (it's a combined pickup/return area, not to get confused with the Paint Pickup area - those are separate). After waiting for about 6-7 minutes for the store associate to return with a potential replacement, I cancelled the order on my phone and left. I don't think I'll be back.

I was in at this location early morning purchasing just everyday goods like irrigation heads and a new pygmy date palm. The staff in every department all the way to the cashier were knowledgeable about the products. I talked to at least three associates. The staff in the outdoor garden knew about the plants and soil with no doubt. The cashier at the self checkout lane was also extremely knowledgeable about the plants and gardening. I just want to tell the management staff that you have a great crew at this location. Keep them happy. They are what makes your store. Great service by all!
- JCJustin cecelicOct 22, 20255.0First of all I've always went to the depot but I stumbled upon some great new lines of tools 🔥 here and the staff at the pro desk including Ryan went out of his way to show me all the neutral lines and the pros and cons of what I wanted and what I was looking for we came up with a great plan for a perfect lineup for my job which is high-end appliance installation like Sub-Zero Wolf cove etc now when I walk into a house I will know that I am confident that I have the tools I need to knock the job out and get a great review and response from my clients also store management and Mark at the pro desk complete joy to work with they were all so knowledgeable about the products and literally showed me everything I needed to change over to a better lineup than what I've been using for the last 10 years I won't name names mainstream brands have become complacent with the customer it is time to look around and find new lines of tools that will work for you and integrate them into your workforce thank you again higley Gilbert you made my night I am looking forward to start my day tomorrow morning I suggest if you're going to home Depot yeah sometimes you got to go there for stuff but I would start looking at Lowe's in a different light and start seeing that they have a great lineup of products and have always been the better choice for interior design products thank you again for listening to the spiel have a great night
