- RRRotten RottieJul 3, 20251.0I bought a Polaris robot pool cleaner. Polaris has Leslie’s listed as pretty much the only authorized repair facility for their cleaners. About a year ago I had to take it in for service and it was at their store for two weeks before I was told that their tests show that nothing is wrong with it, but they can’t actually test it because they don’t have a pool. So I went and picked it up and my husband looked at it and found that there is a magnet under the switch that was rusted and it stopped it from engaging. So he replaced it, we used it for another year. It broke again. Took back to Leslie’s, they had it for about 4 days and they tell me it’s fixed and I can pick it up. Drive down there, they tell me that they replaced the engine block, bring it home and it does the exact same thing. Not sure why they are so bad there, but my warranty is now over so I can’t even try a new Leslie’s. It’s really irritating that people are not trained on how to do things properly.

I walked up to the counter to ask a question, Steve M turns around and sneers in a condescending voice "Sorry, can't help you" and then turns his back on me and goes back to what he was doing. I notice there are other complaints here specifically about Steve, not sure why they keep him around since he's costing them customers...
