    Excellent customer service. Sales rep was very knowledgeable of the furniture I purchased. The delivery crew was outstanding. They arrived early and was very professional. Both individuals on the crew were very respectful of my home and cautious when bringing in my furniture. The set up went smoothly with no issues.

    Disappointed in the service. We purchased a coffee table, a dresser and two nightstands. The coffee table was in stock and picked up the same day. The dresser and nightstands were supposed to be in stock in 2–3 weeks, which was fine. At checkout, the sales associate told us the dresser and nightstands were available for pickup at the Glendale location. We rented a van, drove across town, picked everything up, and brought it home — only to find out it was not what we ordered. When we contacted the store, the associate claimed we were “in between two sets,” which was completely inaccurate. We took a photo of the exact items we wanted and showed it to him. Looking around the showroom does not mean we were indecisive. Customer service later admitted it was a SKU error and offered a refund, but we had to rent a van again, reload everything and return it ourselves. We were inconvenienced and incurred extra costs for a mistake that was not ours. Terrible service. We will not shop here again and will be sharing our experience.

    My wife and I got a new bedroom set and it was delivered today by brothers, Jacob and Robert. They did a great job, fast and efficient and very kind. They even help get our mattress on our new frame.

    Update#1- as of 10pm the night they responded- Still nothing from the company. Update #2- as of 24 hours after review, AFW called and offered a satisfactory result. Updated to 3 star review. Won't return due to poor quality furniture and had to fight the company to get any kind of customer service. Update #3- January 4th- changing back to 1 star. Still have only received $80 of the refund back. They're dragging their feet on the refund. Waiting for a call promised for Monday 1/5. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from AFW. I purchased this dresser for my baby’s nursery, which puts me on a very tight timeline as my baby is due in January. I wanted to get this resolved quickly so the nursery could be finished and ready. Unfortunately, that has not been possible. The dresser took approximately 3.5 hours to assemble. Immediately after finishing assembly, while preparing to move it to the wall where it would stay, the entire top lifted off, ripping out the pegs and internal supports that connect the top to the rest of the dresser. The back panel is now torn and damaged as well. This happened within minutes of completing the build, before the dresser was ever used. This is a clear quality failure. Because of how easily this dresser fell apart, I do not feel comfortable keeping it or accepting replacement parts through a warranty. I do not trust the structural integrity of this piece, and I would be genuinely concerned about the safety of my child using a dresser that fails so easily. Despite this, AFW is insisting on charging me a 15% restocking fee to return a product that clearly does not meet basic quality or safety expectations. I do not believe customers should be financially responsible when an item fails almost immediately. I have done everything AFW has asked of me: -Sent photos of the damage when requested -Contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed refunds must be handled through AFW -Spent approximately 25 minutes on the phone with AFW, much of it on hold. When I asked to speak with someone who could waive the restocking fee, I was transferred back into the general call queue instead of being helped. After that call, I followed up via email and have received no response for three days. I am not seeking replacement parts or warranty service. I am simply asking for a full refund without a restocking fee for a defective product. Between the poor construction, lack of responsiveness, and the safety concerns involve, I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend AFW based on this experience.
