  This should be your one and only place to view amd shop furniture. Their showroom has about everything you can ever imagine! Prices are much more affordable and no pushy, sketchy sales tactics. Found an excellent game room/cinema recliner that checked all my boxes and a mattress box spring for hundreds of dollars cheaper! Same recliner costs $900+ at other places. Might go buy another.

  First of all I must recognize an absolutely outstanding employee. Vijaya is absolutely exceptional. Make no mistake about it there's sales personnel and there's sales personnel that goes beyond and above the call of duty to the customer 🏆. Vijaya is truly gifted in furniture sales. Vijaya has the right attitude and assures you that you are getting the best possible information on what you're interested in at American furniture. So give recognition where recognition is truly deserved. Thank you very much Vijaya for your 1st class professionalism.

  We placed an order at the end of February, in person, for a sofa. It was not in stock, and we were told "two weeks". Two weeks came and went, we were then told March 18th. Came and went... then update to March 24th and we were told "it is in transit". Now, as of today, March 25th, we've been told a vague "end of March - beginning of April". They told us "we're at the mercy of our vendors, nothing we can do, sorry about that". Our two week wait time has turned into 6+ weeks minimum. We just moved into a new house and dropped $1000 on a sofa we needed, and we are now left without until god knows when. Do not order anything if it's not in stock, if you can't wait. We're most likely going to cancel it and take our business elsewhere if it continues being repeatedly delayed. I used to love AFW. This absolute mess is ruining my opinion greatly.

  I just had the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Unfortunately, the moving company I hired is making me jump through hoops to get reimbursed for the damage they caused to my furniture purchased at American. I called to see if someone could help me with the weight of my items (movers pay by the pound for damage) and was lucky enough to get Emilio who's a sales associate there. He was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. You have one super employee in this man!!! I will continue to buy from American because of this great service.

  I recently visited American Furniture Warehouse on Power Road in Gilbert, Arizona. My sales associate, Gabriel Gomez, helped me find the perfect furniture. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Gabriel is a very nice person and he definitely made me feel like a valued customer. Then, I had the furniture delivered, and the excellent customer service continued. My delivery crew of Seth and Mike were courteous and professional. I have several Tiffany lamps in my home and they carefully maneuvered around these fragile obstacles. Great guys! Because of Gabriel, Seth and Mike, I highly recommend shopping with American Furniture Warehouse. This store has something for everyone and employs quality people. Thank you so much!!
