  The guy with the long hair (manager?) was absolutely great. He was very helpful and professional. I always felt like he knew what he was talking about, unlike our pool guy, who had no idea what he was doing! That's why we had algae in our pool. After two weeks of him doing nothing but running the pump 24/7 and adding a few chlorine tablets, it still looked the same as it did when we started! Leslie's guy, on the other hand, told us that with a pool this size, it would be a matter of three, maximum five days, until we had crystal clear water again!! So we followed Leslie's guy's advice, and sure enough, our pool looked much better after just one day, and we were able to use it again after two! With our pool guy, the water would probably have been cloudy and full of algae even after three weeks. It would have been cheaper to drain all the water, scrub the pool, and refill it. While I highly recommend Leslie's, we advise everyone against using our pool cleaning company!! (see separate review).

  This store has just about everything for pools and spas that you could want, with fair prices. Sue is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  Horrible service. Came here two different Saturdays. The lady was not helpful at all. I tried explaining to her that I am new at cleaning pools. I was hoping to get help with dry acid vs the wet acid, and she literally told me to go Google it... Really? She seemed bothered that I was asking her, the pool supplies store employee, questions about pool supplies and cleaning.... I'll drive 20-30 min to a different store from now on.

  Despite what it says on the website they do not do curbside pickup as they claim. After calling and placing my order, Sarah at the Fountain Hills store said no problem, we will take payment from your car when you arrive. Instead when I arrived a gentlemen asked me three times to come in the store, and refused to let me pay outside. The homepage of their website could not be clearer on this matter. Total disorganization and incompetence. My family member is sick and I can't go in a store. I found the pool cover on Amazon for cheaper anyway with free shipping. Chances are you can get what you need from the big box stores or Amazon for less money anyway.

  The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions about your pool. As a first time pool owner, they have been a great resource for me to learn about my pool so I can maintain it myself. Prices are fair, they stock a good variety of equipment and supplies, and have never tried to upsell me on things I don't need.
