  They wanted to charge us $300 just to come out and give us an estimate and the $300 doesn't even go towards any work done. I'd go back to Phx before I paid one of these companies $300 for an estimate. I wonder why they have a 3.5 rating???

  They say they only do pellet stoves if you bought it from them. That is ridiculous. Also they told me that they had this policy for 5 years when I definitely had them out to clean my pellet stove 2 years ago. Use anyone else.

  Walked into ask some pretty straightforward questions about installing a wood-burning fireplace. The Gentleman kept giving me the runaround about everything he couldn’t do. Unpleasant and yelled at me as I was walking out. The owner should definitely consider getting more customer focused sales people on the floor.

  Roof Dancers technician Levi did a great job. We are renting and the house has an older dryer. Had an appliance company out and no problem with dryer, but vent was clogged. Levi was on the roof and in the laundry room and removed a lot of debris! Very scary as that is a serious fire hazard! Thank you Roof Dancers, Inc.
